A: Michael McKenna was a Fairmount Park guard who gave his life in the process of responding to a call where a 16 year old was drowning. There will be 274 ceremonies like this over the next several years. They’re going all the way back to the 1800s to honor fallen officers”. Msgr. Michael T.
